Default Rattle Passenger Side

99 F150, 4.2 engine.
I've read the posts dealing with similar issue. It sounds like a heat shield is loose and as others said, the "rattle" goes away once you increase RPM's. This noise is there only at idle. Once truck has been driven for a while and fully warmed up, it's does happen again until engine cools off and it repeats itself. That's the only difference I've seen in the threads. I have replaced the belt tensioner, but have not check the alternator pulley

There were a few suggestions of parts to replace and I'm specifically leaning towards camshaft synchronizer; although. I have no check engine lights. The only performance issue I has is that at any time (cold or hot engine), when I take off from a stop, if I don't idle forward a second or so, I get a hesitation when I accelerate. Drives great otherwise.

Question is: would a new synchronizer resolve the hesitation? I gave up trying to fix it since nothing works (fuel injectors, plugs/wires, TPS etc. I never had the hestitation until I have the timing chain replaced. I had to replace the timing chain cover due to a bolt that pretty much welded itself to it and couldn't get a good seal on water pump.

Thank you
