Default Rattle in frontend

I am new to forum. I have a 2001 f150 super crew with 160000 miles. I have had a rattle/clunking noise coming from the frontend for awhile. It only seems to do it when the outside temp is below 50. It makes the noise while going straight as well as turning over bumps on the road or offroad. I had all the ball joints and tierods replaced about 10000 mile ago (did not make a difference). Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If yours is a 2wd, check to see if you have a broken coil on your front springs. My 2wd did, at the base oft he coils, and we didnt find that until i lowered the truck. When i pulled the factory spring out, it had 2 small piece from the base in the lower arm. Also, have you checked your sway bar end links?
