... and here is the link to the Billet Grille I have. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1999-2003-FO...item5891c1b3d5
It came chrome so I had to sand it, prime it, and then paint it to match the dark grey on my truck. But these FORD letters should work on any Billet grille.
To attach the letters to the grille I masked around where the letters would touch the grille and then ran beeds of JB Weld along the back of the letters and then set it in place and used several shoe laces threaded through the grille and around the FORD letters and then tied tight to hold it tight in place overnight. This also helped it keep the natural curve of the grille. It worked perfectly. The only thing I might add now (if I get more of these made) is another set of letters right overtop to make it stand out more/give it more depth. That would finish it off perfectly.

Ok I'm just waiting on a quote from my buddy to get some more made. He's my friend who made the original and he's gonna pull some strings for me to make this happen. I'll let you guys know asap what the damage will be. I still have my stock honeycomb grille so I'm gonna take measurements off that and then make a second design that should work with the honeycomb too.
I am able to get them painted/powder coated however that would add an extra cost. And if I'm gonna get around 20 of these made I think it makes more sense to keep them unfinished and let you guys paint them to match your truck or whatever you wanna do.
You have to remember the shipping ontop of the price for the item might make this a pricey purchace. I'm in North Vancouver BC (postal code V7M1E8) so maybe check out how much shipping would be to you and then figure out if it's still worth it. I would hate to get more made and then have guys decide against buying one cuz the shipping is too much.

I think I figured out a plan for the way I'm going to build this. I am going to real heavy duty plastic. Like 3/8" or maybe even half inch. The real hard stuff. Then trace the design on the plastic and cut it out with a dremmel tool. Then paint it the color of my truck. The plastic should bond better to my honeycomb plastic grill. This should barely cost any money except the plastic and paint. Going to soon start working on it. I'll let ya know how it turns out

Maybe you can be our distribution point here in the states. Pick up a few dozen from DanYokim77 at the border and then you can ship to the rest of us in the States. LOL. We would still pay of course.
