Default Random Pulling

Every once in a while driving my truck down the road at higher speeds, it randomly pulls to the left or the right. I think I might have a wheel bearing going bad on the drivers side but not sure if that would cause this. Any ideas?

Yeah, have someone turn the wheel back and forth and inspect the tie-rods while it's on the ground, then jack it up and check, ball joints (upper lower), wheel bearings, pull the idler arm and inspect that and the Pitman while the idler is off... I doubt it's control arm bushings but if you can't find the play check those for wear as well, if you have wide tires with offset wheels they will pull in ruts even if everything's tight, if that's the case get a steering stabilizer
