Default Radio memory issue

I have an 02 super crew. The factory radio reset every time I turned the car off. I installed an aftermarket radio, but it resets every time too. I just replaced the battery today, still the same issue. I checked the fuses and they are good.

Anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

You don't have the constant power wire hooked up.

Shouldn't that be in the factory wire harness or is there a separate wire? Maybe it came out of the harness. I'll check that.

Yes, it is in the factory harness.
I misread before, you were having the same issue with the factory radio too?
It is still an issue with the constant power, but it may be a harness or fuse issue (but you said you checked the fuses, which ones did you check, under the hood or under the dash).

I just checked the fuses in the dash. I'll check the fuses under the hood too.
