Did the fuse pull fix it?
That looks like a P100. Up to 1999 they didn't have phone buttons as far as I know.

Call the people at the below website. They could tell you in a couple minutes how to fix it and if you need a new one they have them with added bluetooth or aux jacks.

My 99 didn't have a phone button or blue tooth. But had to have a cassette tape in the deck for the radio to play. I replaced it with a touch screen with backup camera.
