Default Radiator Mount Rust

Hey guys I have a 2001 f-150 5.4l single cab step side short bed with 160k beautiful miles. Engine runs like a champ and now frame is rusting on me bad.

Heres whats up...

My radiator mount broke on the bottom passenger side. The top with the rubber nub dropped out of its mount/socket. This piece looks fine but I'm not sure how the bottom connects. The driver's side is intact. Can someone please let me know what I'm looking at here for a fix? On another note, the frame is pretty bad too; can anyone point me in the right direction for a single cab short bed frame? I have a step side but I'm thinking a single cab short bed frame would work too in the end. I Love this 5.4 and this style cab and bed I don't see much. I'd like to repair it / restore it, if I can come up with the parts. She's been my baby for 18 years and I've been on this site that long. I hope I can help her in her old age now. with some help from you guys. I've done everything to this truck - LT headers, MangnaFlow hi-flow cats, deleted 2 cats, Flowmaster 40's exhaust, k&N intake, 3" PA lift, white Led's, blacked out everything, white led running cab lights black painted bumpers, leather power seats from a Lariat...I mean the list goes on and on. I don't want to put her down. What are your thoughts?

Thanks

How bad is bad for the frame rust? PICTURES?
My 1999 had the radiator support rusting too, bottom passenger side.
But all of my frame is solid.
You do know they sell a new support for a fix?
First one I found to show you the picture. Not yours, just for reference.
