Default Quick question, summit mud hogs need help

I picked up a used set with lots of tread about a month ago, and noticed today a bulge around outside of the tire, goes about half way around the tire, Iam guessing the tire has separated on the inside. So I need help, can someone tell me the tread depth of a brand new summit mud hog? I want to see if I can get away with just buying one new tire.

indeed it does Thanks!, would running a brand new tire in the rear at 20/32 and a used one with 12/32 hurt anything?

Just keep it rotated around the vehicle.

Would it not make more sense to keep the new one to the rear right?
