Default Quick Lift kit question

Ok I am looking into lifting my truck can I lift it with just a 3" coil spacer in the front and a 2" shackle in the back or is there going to be a little more to it then just that?

Search. I have explained this too many times. But I will tell you, the lift shackle and the huge coil spacer is not the way to go 3" spindle and 2" block

If you want 3" in the front get new lift spindles. I have the Daystar 1.5" front spacer and love it but going any higher with a spacer will put everything in your front end at bad angles and kill your ride quality.
