Has anyone switched the function so at start up truck is not in overdrive by default.
I would like to be able to simply select (push button) to put it in overdrive when on fwy unloaded
Rather than always having to remember its in overdrive from the get go.
Not concerned about the around town MPG mileage

 

The UHaul van's are set up that way. I've never tried to swap that function.

 

I also didn't try to swap that function as well. But I am little bit confused if I try to do that what will happen? Please let me know. Thank you!

 

I believe it can be done with a tuner.
