The brembo's require upgrading calipers. As they are thicker and larger in overall diameter.

Wrong. The only vehicle that got different calipers and rotors is the 7700. You have a 6250. I have a 6800 with the heavy duty option. Your have just the basic 4wd F150 front brakes.

Nah, there's enough room with factory originals..calipers anyway. No upgrading necessary. I'd still go with SS pistons tho. Once you use good hardware throughout with these systems and everything's working as it should, you'll have NO MORE brake worries. They're in desperate need , right from the factory lol. Did mine up in 08 and they're still impressing me. Since then, I only have about 4 good years on the system tho. But mann, hardly any wear.

So which braided lines are you suggesting now ? Haven't seen them mentioned in this thread. I have to write them down next you post them up lol. I've recommended Russell's in the past, but you found another good supplier from what I've read...ehh?

I have Goodridge Stainless lines. I got them from EBC.

00+ is different. Because federal mandates for ABS changes along with the way the PCM gets MPH info. So the 2000-03 trucks are only available with Rear only or 4 wheel ABS.

In 97-99 trucks were available with No ABS, Rear only and 4 wheel ABS.
