I have a 97 f150 xlt I don't like how small the grills are on them can I get a 99 grill to fit?

I know the whole assembly would need to be swapped. But people have converted the 97-98 front ends to the 99-03s so it should be possible.

Believe its just a newer header panel. Plus grill, headlights, etc.
