Default Project list and asking for ideas

i have a semi beat up 2002 f150 with 80,564 miles on it, i wanted to do some things with it its only a 4.2. im brand new to this forum and even moding or the specs of trucks. its a rear wheel drive not a 4x4.

list of ideas:
subs (what would be good for the extended cab 1 1/2 door xlt)
sub box (what can fit in my xlt?)
interior over haul (what can i do? lights? interior mods of some kind?
dent repairs (two dents on the edge of the hood, and one huge dent on the left side bed)
rims (want some aggressive black rims)
paint job (Black)
somethings to increase HP (was actually wanting to drop a new engine in it
like a 5.4 triton but wanted to ask if it was a good idea)

The hood cant be repaired due to it is aluminum. My buddy bought a beat up V6 F150 and turned it into a lightning clone that would kill lightnings lol! It's always worth it, if you want to put the money in it.

Pricing I can't give you. It's all on the deals your find. Ebay and craigslist are a great source. All he did was pull the specs of the lightning off the internet, then started modding his truck, and made changes that he wanted as he went along with the project.
