Do I need to replace the sway-bar end link on my passenger side?
So about a month ago I got into a pretty nasty accident in my F-150 King Ranch, but not as bad as it could've been. I was driving over a iced over bridge when I lost control, slid sideways, corrected, over corrected and slammed into the curb on one side of the bridge and then pinballed across and hit the median sideways, hop onto the median and getting stuck on the dead center of the bridge. I got lucky though, there where about 15 other cars wrecked at the bottom of the bridge, including a police car and an ambulance.
But that's not important. What is important is that, when I was changing my tires today after finally finding a set of matching King Ranch rims and proper size tires, I noticed that the sway-bar end link on the passenger side had been scrapped and bent during the accident. I also noticed that the link on the driver side is always loose and rusted pretty badly. I have some pics:
that's of the underside of the passenger lower A arm, as you can see it's pretty scrapped up from straddling the median, but what you can also see is that the end of the link is bent slightly. However, the rest of the link doesn't appear to be bent at all:
On the driver side the link is extremely rusted and loose, but it substained a lot less damage from the accident. It appears that it is adjustable though. So should I just tighten it?
What do you all think? Do I NEED to replace these? I don't exactly have that much money at the moment, I just spent 3 months salary on new rims and tires for my truck, plus a new tail-light. If I need to though, I can always find a way to get some extra cash, but I'd prefer to save the money for gas (since my truck drinks gas like Capri Suns). Could I just get away with adjusting the driver side one? Please help!

Oh , I was expecting it to be a lot more seeing as a simple PCV assembly w/o the actual valve still cost me like 70$ for the OEM part. Where can I pick one of these kits up from?
