Ya, I'd like to know this too. Just I have a 5.4. Which shouldn't really matter I think? It just has relatively High km.

I have a '99 F-150 with 5.4L. I have the Superchips Programmer and it is AWESOME! It gave me better gas mileage right off the bat and gave me a true speedometer.

No a proper programmer will not hurt a high mileage engine. SCT, Edge, and Gryphon are all reputable devices that will work.

It'll be fine.. I say go for it. You won't see a huge power improvement like someone with a 5.4, but it'll give it more go than it has now.
