Angry problems! need all the help i can get.

well in the past week ive had my heater core replaced. then following this my drivers window stoped working and then just all the sudden started working again. But here is the big problem. the peice were the alternator mounts and the thermostat is is leaking in the middle were the 2 peices go together on each end. this is causeing the #1 and #5 cylinder to missfire. i was told by a local mechanic that just that gasket cant be purchased, that i would have to buy the whole intake. also this peice that is leaking is the aluminum style. So the question is can i buy just the gasket or do i have to buy a new intake.

I know that they are sold as one piece, I have not ever noticed them seperated, summit, jegs sell them. I would buy a new one. If you can pull it, use RTV. You have to pull the entire intake to remove the coolant crossover.
