Unhappy Problem with my Rig please help.

I have a 97F-150 5.4. I am having an issue with it sometimes not starting. I go to start it and all I get is a click and sometimes all power goes out as if I disconected the power cable from the battery. I have a new battery, starter, ignition switch, ignition lock cylinder. I have cleaned all the conections to the starter. I dont know what else to do besides redo all the power/ground wiring to the starter because cracker wire possibly and replace the relay on the firewall. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Sounds like a bad starter cable to the starter or bad ground.

I went out to my rig turned the key on and moved the ground/power cables around to see if the power would cut out. When I moved the ground cable that goes from the battery to the firewall the power would cut off. I took that cable off and replaced the connector and cut it down and stripped it to get to some fresh wire on both ends. Put it back on and seems to be problem solved. I can move the wire around and no power loss. Thanks for the help guys. Ill see if this was it. I have thougt I had this problem fixed before.
