has anyone recently had any problems getting their product or contacting them? I ordered a raptor hid kit and I've received a email telling me they are on back order. The problem? First, they never mentioned anything during check out and didn't receive the email till several days later. Since then I've sent several emails and called both numbers (one which doesn't even have a voicemail set up) and left several messages on the other number and haven't gotten any responses but they sure didn't waste anytime taking payment. They took the money out that day. Most places won't charge you untill they actually ship your order! I used paypal so I think I will be safe in the end but I'm a very unsatisfied customer as of right now and will not be using them again. Anyone else having these issues?

 

Ordered my raptor kit a few months back, was at my door in 3-4 days and worked great. I had a bulb that was bad and they sent me a brand new set of 2 for free.

Shoudlve read this post earlier just ordered mine yesterday and received an email saying they were out with no eta of new stock. Sent a list of the bulbs they have and they have one of the two sets that I ordered so I dunno. Ive been told there worth the wait so we'll see I guess
