Default Is this a problem?

Was under the front of my truck putting my fog lights back on and noticed what I think is a front engine mount pretty rotted out around it. I get its not ideal but is this a problem that needs to be fixed? Its like that on the mount on the other side also.

Not sure if this is the same thing but mines rusted here its just the drivers side though been that way since I got it I'm assuming and I'd imagine all itll do is make it a weak spot in a collision I look at it this way I got a guard on the front to help keep of that spot but if whatever I'm hitting effects that spot I'm probly screwed either way

Itss very common for the core supports to rott out. It has nothing to do with the engine.
