Can anybody help me identify this noise that occurs after key to ON position but before the actual crank to start?

When you turn the key to the ON position what processes \ systems get activated?

Truck is a 2001 F150 with a 5.4

I cant tell with all the other noises. Make another video but have someone in the truck with door closed turn iginition on while you are videoing under hood.
Or maybe someone else can hear something.
