Pre cut window tint
I have a 2003 f150 regular cab with the split rear window (3 sections). I came across some pre cut window tint film and was wondering if anyone has ever used it on their trucks? Any experiences or opinions will greatly help! Thank you!

I used the precut tint on my front windows and it was cut perfect, I just messed up on the install (pass side was good, drivers side, not so much).
I was debating doing the back windows, but ended up getting a solid black rear window graphic and cut it to fit. Looks great.

I am not crazy about the effect when it rains (can't see out the back window).

I would say, go for it. I've never used precut tint before. I've done almost all of my vehicles and all have turned out well. Take your time and don't rush. Clean everything couple of times especially the rear window. Hard to get all the dust and dirt cleaned out on a used vehicle. Outside window treatments are garbage. You can't see anything in the rain or snow. If you can't see anything why not just paint the window black!

90% of the time it is fine though. When it does rain, that is what side mirrors are for.
But that being said, if and when the graphic I have on it now ever wears out/peels off I will not do another graphic, I would be more inclined to just leave it with just the factory tint rather than tinting it more (either doing it myself or paying someone).
I use to tint my windows by myself. Just went and bought tint from a shop and cut it myself. These days I just have someone do it and they guarantee it for life. Just my opinion. I can be aggravating when your done and see a hair or dust under neath.
