I wanna add power windows locks and mirror I have everything to do it and the wiring harness cut off at the door.. I need to know what wire is for what do I can wire it up.99 4.6 xl s cab. All the parts are off a 00 5.4 xlt s cab

This question has been floating around since power windows were added as an option

A couple of us went over possible ways to figure out power mirrors a few months ago but the thread died, the simplest way i've found is aftermarket kits.

 

I can't help you with the wires, but I have a 97 2wd Standard Cab Xl, and I bought a kit from A1 Electric for door locks and windows and used the wires with it. The lock kit with it was set to only work with a fob but i left the fob off and wired it to switches as I was going for a stock look so I took door panels off one with electric switches and just connected to them. I know this doesnt help but you may wanna give their kit a look.

 

Most repair manuals have wiring diagrams in em that can show you what wires and librarys have em if you dont want to buy one or check out alldata.com you just have to pay for it. if you got the fuse box and gem module it should just plug in play if youve got the complete dash and door harness but my truck didnt have the gem module so going with the harness wouldve been a waste
