Default Power windows and interior lights not working

Shut the truck off with the windows down and now the windows and interior lights will not work, the power locks and mirrors still work. I do not have a owners manual so i pulled every fuse and all look good. Any Ideas what would cause this. Any help would be appreciated since it's going to rain this afternoon.

Installed a new body control module or GEM module in my truck today and it fixed my power window and interior light problem but now the air bag light is on. Any chance it has anything to do with replacing the module?
