Default Power Steering Pump help!

I was wondering if its normal to

1. have the reservoir be bubbling when running.
2. have a loud whining noise
3. have this much play in the pulley/pump \/

Mine was bubbling before I replaced it but what happened to me was my belt was squealing
I had replaced everything except pump
I noticed that the belt was trying to walk off the crank pulley
So I found a photo on this sight and noticed that someone did not put the pulley all the way on to the shaft

If you want to replace the pump their might be a bolt and nut in the
Box. Do not use them
Best advice I can give you is USE The Tool to take the pulley off and to put the pulley back on new pump. Pulley goes all the way on the shaft. Look at my post history and you will fine photo

Much appreciated! Just replaced the power steering pump! I did use the "install kit" provided with the pump NOT the pulley puller. I used 2 thick washers instead of that thin POS provided...

Tomorrow I am going to fill it up and fire it up! Thanks again!

Did the shaft go all the way through the pulley?
