Default Power Steering

I was getting my oil changed and they asked me if i wanted to get a power steering flush since my truck had 100k miles. Ive never thought about it before and looked in the manual and didn't see anything about it. Would it be a good idea to get it flushed? Thanks for any input.

I'm just curious why isn't a good idea? I figured after awhile all fluids need to be changed for something fresh.

If you want to freshen it up a little just take a turkey baster and suck out as much fluid as possible then refill with fresh.
