My brother called me a little while ago with a problem with his 03 Fx4 wt 5.4. When he turned his truck off and removed the keys from the ignition the blower for his ac and the overhead console stayed on. Is this a relay problem?

Any insight would be great! Thanks guys.

 

Someone out there has to have had this problem before.
