Default Power Drivers Seat Help?

First let me thank anyone for any help given, I'll Be as clear as possible so I don't get anyone confused ( I tend to ramble lol) And Thanks again.
**Problem**
I have 04 expedition Drivers seat,(power) center console and Passengers seat. All in the truck for about a year now, The drivers seat Goes Up, Down, Tilts, and Forward, But wont go back. (And i need it too. :/ getting a little cramped lol) So I know the motor is good, I'm not sure why it wont go back, I took off the plastic running along the side of the seat, hiding the electrical for the seat controls, Then took off Plastic controls from the contact point (Where by you pressing the button on the seat, in turn makes contact on the, for lack of a better word, "Motherboard" and makes it function, Up down left right, etc. Excuse my ignorance, lol. Thats the problem in a not so, Nutshell. The reason i have it apart is i was gonna take off the back and see if the wire that makes me go backwards, is disconnected, or what the problem was, If it wasn't a easy fix, I was gonna take the wire that makes me go Forward, and take it out, swap it for the backwards, so i could go backwards. But before I do all of that, Is their a better way? easier? Could i not just manually pull my seat back somehow? Any insight would be great, Any questions or anything you think I've left out; Please let me know.

I would check the switch itself. That is where it usually goes bad. Good luck.

More than likely the switch...one of the few parts to go wrong with a power seat.
