Default Possible New Ride?

Hey guys.

Currently have an 88 f150 and am looking to just get a truck a little newer.

What do you guys all think about this?

While there's things we can tell you to make sure to check, you can't really tell how good of a condition a vehicle is in without seeing it in person. I learned that the hard way when I bought my Interceptor a few months ago. I just discovered that the front pads on the PI were so low that I would have better braking force from four pieces of week-old stale bread.

Just make sure to check over as much as you can... bring a mechanic or a mechanically-inclined family member/friend if possible. Second opinions can't hurt.

i would make sure to check the front end parts and make sure the torsion bars are cranked too high or anything like that-the front driver side tire's wear looks a little weird to me and just make sure to give a look over since it looks like he might tow a lot.

Seems legit! I'd for sure go look at it and drive it!!! Go over a few speed bumps semi fast and feel for a jacked up front suspension lift..

Ya I'd check over it real good. The normal things as stated above, also check the oil in it. But I can tell you that those seats and that head console thing are not from the factory. I'd ask about that, I've never seen seats like those in a 1997 or 1998 f150. Seems to be a nice truck though, don't forget to check the 4x4 too.

On the test drive take it to a big box tire shop they will usually do a suspension inspection at no charge. That way you'll know if you need any of that work before you buy.
