Default Possible egr problem

1998 f150 4.6 v8 with 224000 glorious miles.
Codes are:
P0133
P0402
P0301
P0171
Rough idle and stumbling on acceleration and just running like crap in general. I have searched high and low and I cannot find any vacuum leaks. At idle the egr vacuum line has a slight pulsating vacuum. I read that if you hook a hose to the egr valve and suck on it while the engine is at idle it should idle very bad and possibly stall, but when I do this, the engine rpms lower and the idle seems to smooth out.

I have no clue where to start with all of these codes or which ones are related to each other. Any help would be much appreciated!

Sounds like the same as the thread. "Ive changed everything still running........"
Check his thread . IMO. Sounds like a vacuum leak, DPFFE issue or clogged ports to the EGR valve.
