Just wondering, what is there to look for when buying these model F-150s? Any recalls or common problems? And can one of these be converted to Posi rear end if it didn't come with it, and how much does that cost? May be a stupid question but I know how to drive stuff good, and not so much the know how only being 18, Learning that stuff now and i may be selling my car for a truck now, car is too boring.

 

check the frame and bottom of doors (and surrounding areas) for rust when you test drive it smack that gas and make sure it shifts good under hard acceleration open the hood take the oil cap off and put your hand over it and get some one to crank the engine then if your hands covered in oil dont even bother tlkin to the owner thats just my checks im 17 and i bought my supercrew knowing the tranny was gonna go but i only paid 4200
