I'm going to tell you this from experience in the import world and body shops. Stay away from fiberglass. It looks pretty in pictures but unless you have deep pockets they are gonna be more of a headache. When they come out of the mold they are not ready to paint and put on. They have cracks and bubbles and chips and all sorts of things you don't want when you have a new product. Plus their durability is garbage especially if you want to do any type of off-roading. One hit on something and bam! cracked to hell and there goes $500.
Just my .02 but i'd stay away from fiberglass fenders. What you can do though, is have a body shop cut your stock fenders and re-weld in a design.. Here is a pic of my honda when I was working in the body shop, the fenders are my OEM ones that we made into a aftermarket look.

Just do flares.. Fiberglass looks good on prerunners not 4wd trucks. Unless you have a huge offset that your tires align up with the fiberglass. If not they usually look silly stuck inside.
