Long story short, I have been using my truck beautifully for the last few years. It is a 2000 5.4 and has had very little to no problems.

Recently, the ball joints went bed as well as some other parts of the suspension so I took it to my uncles shop and had him replace the majority of the suspension and it drove home (an hour) perfectly. I have been driving it for two days since and yesterday I got an alignment. Today, it throws this code at me.

On the way home today after I got the code, I continued to test it and it is driving beautifully, no misfire, no rough idle, no anything.

Could it be something that happened in the process of getting my suspension replaced or getting my truck aligned that screwed with a sensor or something? I have never seen this code before and its too weird that it would happen right after I had work done.
