Mine definitely changed noticeably but I had a gross leak at my pcv elbow. If you pull your serpentine belt pay attention to your temperature. It wont take long to heat up.

Okay guys I have some more information I’d like to share , i think the problem is starting to show itself , I went for a trip into town today and when I got back home the truck sat for 3hours , and when I went to start the truck again it just cranked and cranked trying to start and then it did, acting like it was flooded( i also got a smell of fuel in the cab once it started ) and the smell quickly went away. To me this sounds like a bad injector leaking which would also explain my rich code and my excessive fuel consumption possibly. I’m planning tomorrow to check fuel pressure and injectors along with the propane test the other guy mentioned.

well guys just wanted to thank everyone for their input, all is back to normal and seems to be working perfectly. A can a Seafoam and a new voltage regulator in the alternator did the trick. No more rich code and it’s been 2 weeks.
