I'm a little confused man, are you saying that you can't get the third plug out with either a 5/8's or a 9/16 size socket? That's a little odd, i thought all the spark plugs were the same size? I mean for every single domestic make and model the spark plug head was a 5/8?

Well, i know i have done this before, but my truck was missing once, and i found out that the plug had backed itself out of the hole, and without a spark plug socket, it felt like no socket would fit it.... Stupid i know, but i'm just walking my way through what i would do if i were in your spot...

Jumping ahead, as a last resort (and i would consult a mechanic before you do this) You could take a cheapo socket that is just a hair bigger than the plugs' head and take a hammer and tap the socket down on the head, sorta like when you have to get a wheel lock off of a wheel with no key. lol Then you would be able to turn the socket and the plug..... Problem is, im not sure if that would know the aluminum threads out of the head or not.... Just doin a little out of the box thinking....lol Try calling a local dealership and talking to one of the techs there man, and ask them if they had something like that, how they would handle it, what kind of tools they would use, etc etc....

Idk man, i just got off from work so i'm tired. If i happen to think of somethin that might help ill let you know, but im still not sure how one of your plugs' heads are a different size...coulda sworn they were all made the same size....lol

Maybe a dumb thought but did you check for any debris? Maybe you have some shmootz in there take some air and blow it out maybe it's a dumb idea but for the plugs in back it's difficult to see what your doing

Get a mirror and look down there or snap a pic with your phone to se if dirt is around the plug
