Default please help me!

i checked my oil and when i looked at the inside part of the cap, there was a small white coat of something mixed with my oil, not alot but just a little, it scared me! and when i crank my truck or rev it just a little it makes a small squeeking noise? i dont know if that could be the reason or what? but do any of you know about the small little bit of whiteness in the oil, or what could cause it?? people told be it could have been from bad gas with water in it?? :'/

the goo under the cap s probably just some condensation mixed in with the oil.

this is often caused by alot of short trips where the engine doesnt come up to full temp before being shut down again.
I have a very short drive to work and try to take mine out for a "hot run" of at least 20 miles one way every week to get every thing up to full temp and hold it there for a while.

The squeak or squeal could very well be a tensioner pully or some other engine driven accessory. major engine trouble often is accompanied by a tick ,rattle or knock from the engine. I dont get the impression that the two are related but a listen by a competent mechanic wouldn't be a bad idea.

I am a tech. I see that all day. Dodge is the worse about it. All it is is condensation caught under the cap. No harm. Just wipe it off really good. Cheaper oils like penzoil are really bad about it.

I dont know what to really think about Zmax. Carroll Shelby endorses it but, I have never really heard of it doing anthing great. BG is awesome, and any 3 Step Treatment from Everwear.
