Default please help! i need advice!

i just replaced all my ball joints! bearings ! and two of my a-arms in the front end, and i got it aligned, the front does sit higher when you crank the t bars and get it aligned

but heres the real question, my engine light keeps comeing on, and it says through my programmer, system to lean, well, i called the ford dealer, and they told me to replace the oxygen scensors, and that they were probly old and wore out, and they were over due to be changed considering my truck has 176,000 miles anyway, but they said its probly my oxygen scensors giveing inacruate readings to the engine and throwing off my air fuel mixture

im gonna buy some good aftermarket ones, and they do go in the catts right?, and can i buy the same ones for the front catts and the same ones for the rear?

please help, sorry so long, and would you recomend a certain brand?

They go right behind each cat not in them.. Not sure if they are all the same or not? I'd test em first because they always just throw new ones at you when it might be something else and they are reading correctly, search for testing O2 sensors and you'll be able to find out the right resistance for em.
