Default pitman arm identification CHALLENGE!

Hi Guys, I have a right hand drive 2003 F150 lightning and need to replace the pitman arm. Because the truck has been converted I am not sure if the arm is standard. I'm in the UK so F150's are scarce. Can anyone identify it from the pic? The top of the arm sits up 2 1/2 inches from a flat surface & the distance from the centre of the joint to the centre of the hole is 5 5/16 inches Be a massive help if you can work out what it is, cheers Paul

Shouldn't make a difference I would think. U just may have to change it's positioning since an F-150 was not meant to be passenger side driver lol. I've never seen such a thing, do you have any pictures? Also any pics of the cab? This should be interesting to see the cab flip flopped.
