What do you use to remove this stuff..??

Turtle Wax Bug and Tar Remover, let it soak a little bit, then scrub. At least that's what I've had the best results with.

I had this problem when I had my civic. Someone suggested taking a Lipton tea bag after soaking it in hot water let it sit on the sap. Then after 5 min use standard soap and water with a non abrasive towl to get it off. It worked decent. If the sap has baked in the sun. Let the tea bag sit on it longer. But then you may need to use goo gone after.
