sweet man...looks like you are pretty much in the same situation that i am. I am saving up for the gears. those cost a pretty penny also. lol i cant wait to get my body lift done.
did you put your body lift in your self or did you have a shop do it (or is that the lift that michigan off road put on)? Thanks

So you let the stock y pipe on then went back and split it back up to the stacks. You say the 5 inch y pipe is it adapted up to 5 inches or does it have one side 2.5. Also what do they sound like is it just like having big duals or is it a totally different sound. Did you do it yourself.
Sorry for all the questions but I've been wanting to do this but haven't seen anyone with them and usually everyone I ask is so opposed to it that their rely no help.

Sweet looking ride!
As for the bumper, at that height what good would it do for most cars anyway?
Make sure it's chrome so the rear-ende can see themselves as they slide through!
oyu also need a bumper sticker that reads "if you cant stop, smile as you go under!"

Not a fan of stacks on a gas truck they only serve one purpose to make noise thats it! but otherwise. Does the truck have any power with stock gears??? or do you have to manually shift?

Another question is how do you keep the water out. If they open strait up then where does all the water go when it rains. Maybe it just blows out when you start it up? I don't think I would trust that I would want something that at least turns back.

no michigan offroad put the lift on, no i dont have to manually shift it lacks power but its not that bad at all. as far as the stacks go i have true duels (2.5 inch) from the cat back with no mufflers that connects to the 5 inch y pipe ( theres an adapter that goes from 2.5 to 5 inch) it sounds pretty good it sounds different than just plain straight pipe it kind of has a sound like when you go under a bridge and floor it.

So you don't have true duals because they come together then come apart. Are the stack tips (I guess that's what you call them) 5" or are they a little bigger.
I think I am gonna do it but just run them strait back and up from each side with like 4" pipe that turns back.
