lol I have wanted to to see this too... And I have tried the magical thing called google and have not found one. I have seen 1 picture of a crew cab with a flare side bed... And can no longer find it.

from what I remember of the pic I liked it... I wish I could find it again. I have thought about doing it to mine... Just to be doing something different... Depending on how much wok is involved.... I'm not sure if wheel wheels would line up. I haven't measured anything or looked at the bed measurements to compare them.
