All the programmers are pretty much the same when it comes to the mechanics of installing the tune. The person who writes the tune is the important factor. I have custom tunes written for my truck because of the modifications done to it. I use an SCT Xcal2, http://www.sctflash.com/ , with three tunes; 91 tow, 91 performance and 94 performance. I cannot speak to the competence of other tuners as I see no need to use them.
