Default performance mods 4.6l v8

i have a 97 f150 with the 4.6 2v. soon i am planning on getting a cat back,programer,and an intake. i was wondering what programer and intake would work the best for my truck. all help is appreciated.

What are you trying to gain? Intakes are a waste of money. You're truck isn't starving for air. Gotts mod is the cheapest and does the same thing as a $200 one.

Any programmer is fine. They all work about the same for canned tunes. If you want custom tunes, get an SCT.

Save your money on the intake and just go with the gotts mod. A lot more effective, and cheaper. Tuner wise, Franchi here sells SCT tuners. New and used; he'll hook you up.

OK I'll b looking into the gotts mod soon and how much more $ is the sct with custom tunes?

i was wondering the same thing, how much for the tuner? Already did my own version of the gotts mod so its definitely getting enough air.
