I think the reason for confusion as to whether it's supposed to be a smooth valve that just pushes in or a fitted one that locks in with a 1/4 turn is a small difference in engines. Whether Windsor or Romeo. Mine is a Romeo, and has the lock in PCV valve, but every time I try to find it at an auto store, they try to sell me the other one.
