I wired a back up beeper into my old bosses brakes and mounted it under his dash, I had a tail gate sized gay pride sticker made with a co-workers name on it and stuck it to his tailgate, it was there for 3 days before he noticed, but I got white lithium grease on my wipers and my old boss put my old truck on the roof of the building with a fork lift

No, bring some blocks and a jack. Lift the car just high enough so that the drive wheels are not on the ground and block it. If they aren't paying attention they won't notice until they go to take off.

I've done the zip ties onthe drive shaft and jacked the wheels 1/2" off the ground, classics, I know one that pissed me off was when a friend dumped a bottle of mustard in my air intake duct so every time I turned my heater on the cab smelled like dried out warm stinky mustard, I kinda laughed at it everytime because I deserved it but my girlfriend didn't appreciate it too much lol

If they get you back, the next prank on the guy with the truck is take off the driveshaft and put it in the bed, if you're feeling nice you can bag the hardware. The sliced cheese idea wasn't so great, kind of a waste of alot of money. I've done the cling wrap one though. They got spraypaint that washes off, you might find it at pepboys or target or something. Unless you're in Canada, then you'll find it at canadian tire. You could get some of that and graffiti the hell out of the cars. They'll think they got thousands in damage until it rains hahaha.

What kind of cars do the other guys have?

Me and a buddy are always pulling pranks on eachother and I've come up with a great idea to get him that you could also try. I found these LED rainbow colored valve stem covers on eBay that start glowing when the tires spin. I'm hoping he'll go weeks without even noticing too lol. They're $6 I think but it's gonna be worth it. Gonna put them on his work truck.
