my passanger window is slow when i hit the switch to "roll" it down. it starts at a good speed but then by half way slows down. any solution to this?

The power window regulator design for Fords are pure garbage.
It is most likely the regulator and it is going to fail at which time you will not be able to power the window up again. Hopefully it will not fail during a downpour. Once the regulator gets really worn and messed up, parts will break and it's over. I am guessing you have about two months max before it breaks based on your description.
Regulators for all cars are a little difficult to install, but fortunately they are made cheaply in China and they don't cost a lot.
Go to Youtube and search for "replacing window regulator". There are some videos that explain everything very well.
