Default Part identification

I recently bought a 1999 F150 that had been sitting for a few years. I was testing the coil packs because it runs terribly and I broke this part in the picture. I now added a new problem to the truck, which is a bad coolant leak. Can any of guys help me find this coolant splitter? Thanks in advance!

It's for the pcv line to help keep the throttle body from freezing up. They're only on certain models, usually originating in northern states/Canada.

That one doesn't fit but close. You can probably bypass it and be fine.

You can't get those anymore, best bet is to hit a salvage yard and rob a throttle body elbow from another 5.4L with a tree.

It's the cold climate system tree, they are pressed into the elbow, -

For now you can connect the hose in front directly to the hose in back to by-pass...it won't leak, leave the tree ports open for now as they don't route anywhere. Just leave the PCV line connected to the tree like it is.
