Default Parallel 4 link for 2001 S-Crew

Hey guys, does anyone have any suggestions for a good performance based parallel 4 link for a 2001 f150 xlt S-Crew 4x4? I've been searching for something and I haven't found much outside universal triangulated 4 link kits. My plan is to do a coil over conversion and lower the truck 3" in front and 4" in rear. I'm looking at building a lowered awd sport truck type setup for a build off just looking at 4 link kits before buying the lowering kit

This is the only kit that I have ever seen... maybe if you call these guys, they can help you out.

Well that sucks I've seen those. I've heard some negativity towards them but was hoping there was some alternative ones I was just overlooking I was considering using parts from the rear of a ram heavy duty since they are parallel 4 link and building my own but a lack of a welder at the current time makes that difficult. I guess I'll look more into how to fab my own. Thanks for the info.
