Default p1131 engine code???

my truck (2000 f150 4x4 4,6L) is running like crap, no power and shakes really bad, i was showing two codes p0303 and p1131. i replaced the #3 coil and it ran fine for about a day and the p1131 code came back and runs like crap again. is it the o2 sensor? if so can u tell me which one is the problem so i can change it out? Thanks

The code states lack of heated 02 sensor up stream. Sounds like it is completely dead and the fact it runs like crap it may be shorting out or giving very incorrect data

It's not that specific. Buy a new one then take a guess. Trial and error
