Default Oxygen Sensor Replacement

Not getting a code, but would replacing the O2 sensor after 110k miles improve gas milage? Oh, it's a '98 4.6.

As long as you're not getting a code it'll most likely not have any effect

Possibly. The front O2 sensors are very slow to throw a code and should be part of normal maintenance IMO. It's not guaranteed it will improve mileage, but is a good thing to do to ensure proper a/f.
