Best fix is to remove the intake manifold, cut the end off of the heater pipe and then replace that section with a piece of heater hose and two hose clamps.

I left everything dry out and then added more water to the reservoir and figured out that the water was leaking out of the front so I changed the water pump today and the leak appears to be gone.

I did notice that I don't have the 2 sensors in the front of the intake manifold, and no spare wire connectors anywhere.

You don't have the two sensors because your truck is a 99. Ford switched to a cylinder head temp sensor in 99 and just plugged the holes on the intake.
